I'd be a hypocrite to say that I love and support Malaysian music if 95% of the music I listen to arn't Malaysian made. However, amazed with the talent within our country I must be! We have great singers from every ethnic in our country, and even greater talents in the background of the entertainment industry, some that even our countryman couldn't recognize.

Well Malaysia is a rather small market to make anything a big hit, but definitely a great testing ground, and most of us are blessed with our multilingual ability. Even if we are not, there are market times bigger than Malaysia which speak similar language. The Chinese have Taiwan, China, Malays have Indonesia, Indian have UK and America, well to be frank I really can't say much about Indian and their huge variety of national language.

To those music makers who are aspire to become a superstar, please continue to do your very best! You might not earn a penny of royalty from my pocket, but you've got my time, my ears and time is money, so you've got my money.
